1. Rules of Captain Online Casino

1.1. Registration at the club is permitted only for individuals who have reached 18 years of age; individuals younger than this age are not even allowed to engage in demo games.

1.2. Specific rules and laws regarding online gambling apply in each jurisdiction. The player assumes full responsibility for adhering to the regulations of the country where they place their bets.

1.3. Captain Online Casino may request scanned copies of documents from the player at any time to confirm their identity during transactions. The club reserves the right to block the player's account until the required documents are received.

1.4. Players are responsible for all operations on their virtual accounts. Each individual may use only one account (user profile) in the casino. Players cannot disclose confidential information (login, email address, and password) to third parties. Captain Online Casino, in turn, commits not to disclose this information to third parties. If the player has shared information (login, email, and/or password) with third parties, the club is not responsible for the user's account.

1.5. Every player has the right to participate in various promotions and tournaments organized by the club.

1.6. All participants of Captain Casino's affiliate programs, providers (related to the activities of this club), and employees are prohibited from accessing the club. Registration of the aforementioned individuals at Captain Casino is considered a violation of the rules and fraudulent activity. This will result in the complete blocking of the account in the club and the affiliate program account (without any refund of the existing funds).

1.7. Each bet must be placed using the Captain Casino software. The use of third-party software during gameplay is strictly prohibited. If any malfunction occurs in the software, the cause of the malfunction is determined. In case of objectively proven software malfunctions, the club may deduct winnings and bonuses accrued due to incorrect software operation. The club also commits to credit all previously deducted amounts due to malfunctions and technical problems in the software.

1.8. During the use of Captain Casino, players must periodically check their email inbox (especially after requesting fund withdrawals) registered during the initial registration. In case of any additional queries, the club will send a corresponding email to the user's mailbox.

1.9. The club disclaims responsibility if the player ignores emails for any reason, if the user provided incorrect details during registration, or if the club's emails are sent to the "SPAM" folder. To avoid further issues, we recommend adding the email addresses and to your email address book and marking emails from this address as not spam.

1.10. Upon registration, players are obligated to provide accurate information. Otherwise, the account is permanently blocked without any refund of funds.

1.11. Settlements at the club are conducted in 3 currencies. The account currency is selected by the player during registration. The club reserves the right to establish its exchange rates for currencies.

1.12. The club reserves the right to change the terms of promotions, bonus programs, and tournaments at its discretion and restrict specific players from participating.

1.13. The club reserves the right to refuse service to any player without explanation. In such cases, the funds from the player's balance are transferred to their wallet.

1.14. Circumstances and situations not regulated by these rules may be resolved in favor of the club.

2. Principles of Using Available Payment Systems

2.1. When depositing funds through a payment system that is also available for withdrawals, you can only withdraw funds to the same wallet (account) used for the deposit.

3. Withdrawal Limits and Conditions

3.1. Players without VIP status:

2,800 USD per day - equivalent for INR and EUR,
10,000 USD per week - equivalent for INR and EUR,
45,000 USD per month - equivalent for INR and EUR.
3.2. All withdrawals are processed round the clock. During weekdays (weekends), it takes between 5 minutes and 24 hours.

3.3. Money withdrawal is made to the same requisites as deposits. If you want to withdraw money to other requisites, you need to top up your account by at least 10% of the total sum of your deposits. For instance, if you deposited 1500 USD from one requisites, to withdraw to another, you need to top up your account by at least 100 USD.

3.4. VIP players with total deposits of 15,000 USD or more have higher withdrawal limits! VIP players should contact their personal manager for details!

3.5. VIP players also have the right to reclaim a portion of lost funds. A VIP player can reclaim only if their account balance is 0 USD, and not more than once a week. Lost funds are calculated only from the period since the last return.

3.6. The following conditions apply to players for reaching different statuses and returns:

3.61. Bronze Star

Return frequency: no more than once a week;
Condition for obtaining status: deposit amount - 3,000 USD or more (equivalent for USD and EUR accounts);
Return is available if the player is at a loss for the week, from the last return to the current week (deposit amount for the past week minus payouts for the past week);
Return percentage - 10%.

3.62. Silver Star

Return frequency: no more than once a week;
Condition for obtaining status: deposit amount - 7,000 USD or more (equivalent for USD and EUR accounts);
Return is available if the player is at a loss for the week, from the last return to the current week (deposit amount for the past week minus payouts for the past week);
Return percentage - 20%

3.63. Gold Star

Return frequency: no more than once a week;
Condition for obtaining status: deposit amount - 12,000 USD or more (equivalent for USD and EUR accounts);
Return is available if the player is at a loss for the week, from the last return to the current week (deposit amount for the past week minus payouts for the past week);
Return percentage - 30%

3.7. When withdrawing 700 USD or more, the administration must request documents confirming the player's identity. Notification is sent to the email registered during registration. The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 USD/10 euros/10 US dollars, the amount may vary depending on the selected payment system.

3.8. If the total turnover of funds (bets) exceeds three times the deposit, the club makes a payment to the player's account without any conditions and commissions, except for those that exist within the payment systems.

4. Dispute Situations

4.1. The security service of Captain Casino has the right to block a user account if they refuse or ignore the request for documents confirming their identity when withdrawing more than 3,000 USD. All money transfers are carried out only after confirming the user's identity. Additionally, the administration may request the player for a video conference via Skype to verify their identity. When a withdrawal is requested, the funds are not frozen but remain in the account until the payment is made. If a player uses the funds in their account and doesn't have any financial resources for withdrawal, the withdrawal request is automatically canceled. The status of the application can always be clarified with the club's administration.

4.2. The club administration reserves the right to change the terms of promotions, tournaments, and other events at their discretion. In this case, the administration informs players about changes through mass email distribution or upon the player's request to the support service.

4.3. Players are prohibited from using an aggressive or offensive manner of communication, making threats, using foul language, belittling, or engaging in violent actions towards Captain Casino's staff and players. If a player violates one or more of these rules, the administration has the right to block or delete the offending player's account without refunding any funds held in the account.

5. Additional Information

5.1. One day is considered according to UTC: Universal Time Coordinated (GMT+0 / UTC+0). This should be taken into account when making a withdrawal request or participating in date.
